No doctor-patient relationship

Reading an article, listening to an episode, watching a video, sending a message, or booking a 15-minute discovery consultation does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Dan Wool, NMD, or Practical Vitality, PLLC. That relationship begins only after you've completed formal intake, signed our patient consent agreements, and had your first clinical visit. When Dr. Wool describes what he recommends "in my practice" or "for patients with this presentation," he is describing his general clinical reasoning. He is not making a recommendation for you. Your history, medications, lab results, and risk factors may make the same approach inappropriate or unsafe in your case.

Talk to your own practitioner first

Clinical services through Practical Vitality, PLLC are provided only to patients who are physically located in Arizona at the time of their visit, including tele-health visits.
